You are eligible to make a Return/ Refund/ Replacement request within three (3) days after your order is successfully delivered to you. Return/ Refund/ Replacement claims beyond three (3) days will not be accepted under any circumstances. No return, refund or replacement will be provided if the product has been used, no damages, defects or other technical issues.
If any product received by you is damaged, defective, you are eligible to claim for a full refund (excluding shipping charges) or replacement of the product. Products damaged or defected after the delivery will not be returned, refunded or replaced.
The below mentioned conditions will not be accepted for return, warranty and replacement:
1. Any physical damage to the product after delivery
2. Electronic Items used, broken seal, open package, missing accessories, missing manufacturer label, missing warranty label, and other important parts
3. Perishable items like flowers, cakes, bouquets
4. Inner-wear, Lingerie and other specific wearable
5. Scratched fragile items
Itsmykart reserves the right to approve or disapprove any refund depending on all criteria (such as product category, product condition, reason for refund, product & price tags, original bill/ invoice and other details). Refund process will be initiated once the product is received back at our warehouse and on confirmation of its contents and condition.
Refund for products purchased using Debit/ Credit card, will be credited back to your Debit/ Credit Card within 10-14 working days depending on your merchant. Payments made by Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded as cash or credited to bank account (as specified by the buyer).
